Ways to Support Us
Become a Sponsor this Holiday Season
Bryony House invites you to participate in our Holiday Sponsorship Program. Each year we serve hundreds of women and their children through our shelter and outreach/housing programs. Those who leave abusive partners face many barriers as they strive to establish a life for themselves and their children that is free from violence. Poverty, homelessness, and limited childcare are barriers which restrict options and access to resources.
The Holiday Sponsorship program offers support to clients at this very stressful and financially demanding time of year. If you would like to make a positive impact on those in need this Holiday season, fill out the following form and our Holiday Coordinator will be in touch to discuss what you would like to provide and/or with lists from the family you are sponsoring.
Holiday Sponsor Form
Thank you to all of you who make the Holidays brighter for those we serve.
All donations must be delivered to the shelter with the last delivery day being Wednesday, December 18th, 2024. However, gift cards will always be accepted after this date, as needs of clients continue throughout the year.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and those who use our services, thank you for your consideration and support.
How your Donations Help
The high standards of service that HTHA provides throughout the year to its clients would not be possible if it were not for the generous financial donations from caring individuals and community-minded businesses such as yourselves.
Your contributions have a positive impact on the lives of those who use our services each and every day. Thanks to generous gifts we are able to provide service users with essential needs while in shelter. Things such as emergency transportation to safety when they need to get out of their situation, medications that are needed and may have been left behind, personal care items that they were not able to bring with them, or even a comfy pair of pyjamas for those who arrive in the middle of the night and need something to change into.
If you have any questions please contact [email protected] anytime to discuss.
Thank you for considering supporting HTHA and we look forward to everything we can accomplish together.

Connecting Circles of Hope – Plan a fundraiser for us
Third party fundraisers are events or initiatives planned by an external party, individual, company or organization that supports Bryony House, the clients we serve, and the programs offered. They are an important component to raising funds and increasing awareness of the work we do. Acting independently along with Bryony House’s acceptance and support, third party events help the organization expand, enhance and sustain services to meet the needs of the community. Bryony House is grateful for the financial support of those who believe in the work and recognize the importance of ensuring all those who are experiencing intimate partner violence in the community have a safe space to go.
